The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance activities across various sites, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Duties and Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written; ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or engineering (e.g., HVAC certification) are preferred.
