This is a 6-month internship role for a Medical Lab Specialist at Enigma Genomics in Dammam. The Medical Lab Specialist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, operating equipment, performing quality control procedures, and applying analytical skills in laboratory medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in laboratory processes, including sample preparation, and genetic testing procedures.
- Perform basic genetic analyses under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities and results.
- Follow lab safety protocols and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or within one year of graduation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willing to learn and apply knowledge in a practical lab setting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
