·         Web Clint UI: UI Architecture, Business Role Configuration, Navigation Bar Profile Setup, UI Configuration Tool, Application Enhancement

·         SAP CRM Services: Installed Base Management, Service Agreements and Contracts, Service Order Processing, Complaints & Returns, IT Service

·         CRM Middleware: Creation of Logical Systems, Maintaining the RFC Connections between the CRM & R/ 3 systems, Replication Objects, Creation of Sites, Creation of Publications, Creation of Subscriptions
