What you will do
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors for the Saudi Arabia office.
- Assist in basic business development tasks to expand the company’s client base.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials for client meetings and business development activities.
- Research and Reporting: Conducting research on various topics, compiling information, and preparing reports or summaries as needed, etc.
