Focused on creating new business leads, developing current client relationships, and delivering innovative, value-driven solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Development, this position is dedicated to the Saudi Arabian market, requiring frequent travel within the country and occasional trips to Dubai, where our head office is located. 

Business Development and Client Management: 

  • Support the Head of Customer Development in generating and researching new leads.
  • Develop these leads further, transforming them into concrete business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure all customers feel heard and their queries are replied to promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships, engage in active listening, and in effective communication.
  • Work closely with each department at Kidzink to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met.
  • Act as a key point of contact to resolve customer issues, coordinating with other teams to guarantee a consistently positive customer experience.
  • Leadership Coverage: Step in to cover the responsibilities of the Associate Director during periods of absence, such as sick leave, annual leave, or emergencies.
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with the Project Management (PM) team to stay informed on the progress of projects once signed off.
  • Maintain an awareness of PM deliverables, timelines, and the status of finalized projects to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Geographic Focus: Concentrate efforts on the Saudi Arabian (KSA) market as the main area of responsibility.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to strategize and implement processes and actions aimed at generating and transforming business leads into successful outcomes.
  • Drive business development activities across both Kidzink & KODA opportunities, focusing on architectural and furniture offerings for new and existing clients.
  • Ownership over key market research and deep analysis to understand who the key groups are where and when the new opportunities lie.
  • Driving development of new opportunities by identifying key stakeholders and decision makers within new projects and finding ways of entry through research.
  • Once contact is made the CAM should run meetings to introduce the company that then develop into projects.
  • CAMs should also to detailed assessment of exisiting clients to understand where the key opportunities lie and what the best strategies are to maximise these accounts.

Cross-Functional Coordination and Solution Development:

  • Bridge Between Teams: Serve as the critical link between the sales team and the execution and design teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all functions.
  • Project Leadership (Pre-Sign-Off): Take full ownership of projects before they are signed off.
  • Lead the process of briefing, developing, and presenting solutions to clients while managing all deliverables and ensuring quality and timeliness. Post-Sign-Off Delegation: After project sign-off, provide a detailed handover to the assigned Project Manager (PM).
  • While the PM schedules deliverables and timelines, the Customer Account Manager (CAM) remains the key client contact, overseeing progress and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Solution Development: Proactively develop tailored solutions for clients, addressing their needs and challenges while ensuring value-driven outcomes.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Establish and manage a feedback process for each client to gather insights on their experience.
  • Use this feedback to drive interdepartmental improvements and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Kidzink/Köda’s strategies, processes, and service offerings.
  • Strategic Impact: Act as a key driver in the continuous improvement of Kidzink/Köda by contributing to the overall strategy, ensuring that client feedback and market insights are reflected in the company’s growth and innovation efforts.
