We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Junior or Mid-Level) with a good understanding of web development and cloud services. You’ll assist in maintaining our systems, support users, and ensure smooth coordination between local operations and our global technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the Lenks.ai platform within Saudi Arabia.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to video conferencing and backend services.
- Coordinate with remote teams for deployments, bug fixes, and feature rollouts.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to developers on platform issues.
- Assist with testing and QA for local user experiences.
- Provide clear documentation and support to local enterprise customers.
- Translate user requirements between Arabic and English when needed.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Next.js and Node.js.
- Understanding of web applications and how video conferencing tools operate.
- Exposure to customer support or enterprise IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments and using developer tools.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and browser debugging tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
- Must be a Saudi nationality.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with CI/CD or GitHub workflows.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a bonus.
