Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Sales

    • Work with senior colleagues to define long-term organizational strategic goals and business opportunities.
    • Plan and approach key customer relationships and decision-makers.
    • Find potential new customer leads, present to them, convert them into clients, and achieve sales targets.
    • Travel within KSA and GCC as required to meet potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close business deals by presenting solutions and services.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
    • Act as an ambassador for Little Thinking Minds, representing the company externally.
  2. Client Retention

    • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and seek repeat business.
    • Work with internal teams to meet customer needs.
    • Deliver training on solutions to clients.
  3. Sales Planning

    • Attend industry functions to raise brand awareness and gather market trends.
    • Present business trends to senior management to develop new products and services.
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase sales.
  4. Marketing

    • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and communications.
    • Maintain a good brand image through marketing communications.
  5. Reporting & Leadership

    • Submit weekly progress reports.
    • Understand company strategy and goals to enhance overall performance.
    • Maintain customer account details on CRM.
Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with clients up to senior level via calls and face-to-face.
  • Well networked, particularly with school decision-makers.
  • Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to travel within KSA and regionally when required.
  • Positive work ethic, dependability, and integrity.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
