Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help drive our expansion in the Kingdom. Gulf Crown Furniture has been a market leader in supplying residential and office furniture in Qatar for the last 11 years. We are now looking to replicate this success in Saudi Arabia by finding an experienced and driven professional to spearhead our growth in this new market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies for Najm Kamel Trading in Saudi Arabia.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and office furniture market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - clients and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia.
Develop proposals and presentations to secure new business contracts and partnerships.
Collaborate with the head office in Doha and other team members to ensure alignment with overall company goals and strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for the company.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the furniture or related industry (residential and office furniture experience preferred).
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Saudi furniture market and industry trends.
Self-Starter: Must be highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Location: Based in Saudi Arabia with travel to different regions as required.
