Your Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including document management, data entry, and office organization.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members and provide support to ensure effective teamwork and project execution.
- Communication (Arabic Translation): Help facilitate communication with partners, including translation and interpretation in Arabic.
- Government Affairs Assistance: Assist with governmental and regulatory affairs as required.
Skills/Competencies
- Legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis.
- Education: Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experienced Year: Junior Level(+2-3 years or Overall) Business Operation Manager in Saudi Arabia
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic(Native Level) and English(Intermediate Level)
- High level of skill in the use of full MS Office suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
- (Preferred)Basic communication skills in Korean is an advantage.
- (Preferred)Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- (Preferred)Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
About the Position
- The position will be based (in Riyadh), with the potential for the working location to be adjusted as needed.
- General Operation Manager position will follow the screening process of NAVER Cloud Saudi Arabia, not NAVER Cloud.
- This position is based in Saudi Arabia, and candidates must be eligible to work in the country. This position will not provide any sponsorship visa.
- Successful candidates will need to stay and work at Saudi Arabia, not Korea where the HQ is located.
- General Operation Manager position will follow the Compensation Benefits of NAVER Cloud Saudi Arabia, not NAVER Cloud.
