Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bidding process from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure comprehensive and high-quality bid responses.
  • Oversee bidding budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely submissions.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities by monitoring tender portals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate bid documentation and support negotiation sessions.
  • Track bid performance metrics and conduct post-bid analyses to enhance future bids.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in bid management with a successful track record.
  • Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Etimad Financial Platform (is a must) and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in bid preparation.
