The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, execution, and quality control of architectural works on large-scale infrastructure or public space projects.
This position requires significant experience in design and construction supervision, with a focus on integrating architectural elements within complex, multidisciplinary projects.
The Senior Architect will ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards while managing communication with clients and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve architectural designs submitted by contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and local regulations.
- Supervise the execution of architectural works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved designs and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate architectural elements seamlessly into the overall project design.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures for architectural works, including material selection, workmanship, and finishing.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Serve as the primary architectural point of contact for the client, addressing concerns related to design and construction.
- Lead architectural management processes throughout all phases of project development, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with project management teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Competency Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect in large-scale infrastructure or public space projects.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in architectural design and construction supervision within international PMC contract frameworks.
- Experience in implementing quality control processes and ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
- Strong understanding of architectural management processes across all project development phases.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Solid understanding of local building codes and standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision; at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Language Skills: English is mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal & written).
- Systematic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to architectural excellence.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead large architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery, design integrity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
