 Contracted by the Managing Partners (a client from KSA) to establish an off-shoring Software Development Centre (SDC) in Pune, within 12 months.
 Conducted a business model study to prepare the TO-BE blue print and received approval for the partners in two months from starting the project.
 Led a team of 18 resources, the project involved IT Infrastructure design, procurement, deployment & configuration as well as process & procedures for day-to-day operations.
 Implemented agile (SCRUM) software development/project management framework, enabling the organization in software solution development & deployment function.
 The organization was also expected to provide service delivery and thus implemented IT Service Management (ITIL guided) framework.
