• Responsible for developing and managing a high quality portfolio of hotel products in designated
areas for all group and FIT business in the designated areas
• Negotiating the best possible rates, allotments and terms and conditions with hotels, which are
suitable for our clients
• Organizing and attending regular business trips, trade shows and industry events
• Securing seasonal, exclusive deals and promotions within the given guidelines
• Preparing and signing contracts with the hotels on behalf of Hotelme
• Responsible for notifying operation team about the hotels stop sales and promotions
• Interacting with existing or potential suppliers to make the most of business opportunities
• Interacting with hotels and accommodation establishments specially from Makkah and Madina to fulfill the Clients Quota for Holy month of Ramadan and Hajj Season
- Identifying Customers needs by Market Orientation and Creating new users for Customers on request
- Focusing on growing and developing of existing Accounts, together with generating new business opportunities
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Regular meetings, workshops, dissemination of information on what's app and Customer visits
- Check and Balance on the Customers Credit Flow and Payment Transfers as per the Agreement
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Promoting special packages in order to increase sales and Achieve the target
- Take actions based on daily/weekly analysis on clients’ performance
- Minimum of 2 interactions (visit + call) per week per client with priority and high potential clients
- Conducting direct negotiations with key clients and monitor contract performance

– Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
– Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination,
modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
