The process owner of all medical insurance services at NWC.
Ensure & update all employee data and information are aligned with insurance company database.
Manage insurance medical contracts and its related operation during policy timeframe.
Settle all employee complaints, medical cards request, and provide additional & deletion daily requests.
Settle all employee insurance medical reimbursement claims.
Provide 24/7 follow-up insurance medical support including (approvals & disapproval with insurance company & update medical network if necessary.
Conduct periodical visits to medical network providers to assure services efficiency and effectiveness to NWC employees.
Review the RFP's of medical insurance & updates all the conditions & benefits.
Mange the CBU's of NWC daily bases & location visit if need.
Mange & review medical claims reports.
Mange & review claims history reports.
Maintain competencies dictionary and updating job profiling.
Manage competency assessment process for critical position cross-functional and conduct training needs assessment, identify skills gaps, and associated training and development requirements for employees.
Prepare training and development budgets for NWC.
Liaise with training institutes, providers to ensure service delivery and the appropriate source of training needs and plans.
Carry out manpower planning in coordination with departments to identify staffing needs
Meet staffing requirements by managing the full recruitment cycle
Manage all recruitment activities, starting from screening and interviewing of candidates to appointment and hiring
