Answer customer inquiries & provide them full information about company products and services.
Provide needed help for customers in case they need help.
Maintain AHT to be within threshold at end of day.
Provide best quality during serving our customers.
Follow up with customers whom facing problem till problem get resolved.
Escalate customers’ complaints to upper level.
Identify customers’ complaints using appropriate troubleshooting.
Offering new promotions to customers.
Reporting frequent complaints to supervisor to investigate and further action.
Act on behalf of supervisor during his absence.
