Most of my duties as a volunteer included:
• Occasionally provided technical support for the library’s computers, and personal help for employers computers and phones
• Entered information from new patrons into a database
• Checked books out to patrons
• Preparing materials and activities for children’s and teen’s programs
• Assisted with the preparation for large scale events
• Making copies, folding brochures, performing light clerical duties
• Putting items in order on the shelves and straightening shelves
• Preparing gifts for children
KAIMRC is a thriving organization that has evolved to accomplish immeasurable success. It pursue translational research to facilitate the advancement of biomedical and clinical research and knowledge into practical solutions.
ACT department is comprised of five sections: Technical Support, User Support , Health Technology Management, Strategy and Governance and Application Development.
Working with KAIMRC team was a enriching experience.
My duties included:
• Collecting and analyzing data and describing at a high level the functional and technical specification of the software
• Developing technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
• Creating and test software prototypes
• Developing client displays and user interfaces
• Programing using .NET languages (C# and Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Connecting system to database
Member of Art and Design Club
Participated in organizing and preparations of club's various events with a total of 118 hours • Participated in different competitions and was the face of the club, talked to visitors and artists about the work we do and invited more people to join • Designed brochures and posters, and painted many paintings for the different causes of the club • Wrote data reports and summary reports
Memeber Of Programming Club
• Used Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design more than 100 ads for the club's seminars and courses
• Organized "Paint Your Pain Away" event. In collaboration with the psychologists Dr. Hanan Alrashidi and Dr. Muneerah Almughlas
• Placed the art supplies purchase orders and managed it to be under the budget set by PNU
• Created a spreadsheet for all of the volunteers work and duties, and designed the layout and agenda of the event
