• MAIN DUTIES
• Translates all discus verbally and writing on English and ARBIC directly to concern parties
• Issue and prepare Bill of lading and cargo manifest for customer clearance
• Get Information from customers and passed to port authorities I.E ETA of vessel
• Inform all customers and cargo receiver and owner about the ship arrival and departure
• ETA , ETC , ETD
• Inform all ship agents and transportations company and port authorities and customer arrival of Vessel in able to receive the cargo on time
• Send daily update reports to concern parties in (English and Arabic )
• Attending all message and on calls 24HRS enable to finished the job on time and as require and running smoothly
• Follows with customers and receivers regarding all subject I.E payments , transportations

Main Responsibilities: • Vessel Documentation- preparation of all documents related to vessel's call at Jubail under Barwil's agency such as but not limited to the following: Bill of LadingCargo ManifestStatement of Factsrequisites/information for relay/forwarding to vessel/ principals/charterers/owners for their appropriate record/ reference and further instructions/ vis-à-vis- monitoring and coordination of cargo import/export documentation requirements and related activities for relay/forwarding to all concerned parties to the extent that where applicable and authorized/ i.e. signs shipping documents/ Letters of Protest (s) preparation and acknowledgement/ pollution/accident reporting/ cargo stoppage/ unproductive berth occupancy/ etc.documentation and reportorial requirementsf. maintain and promote good relations with port authorities and/or various government regulatory offices/agencies and other shipping agents for mutual business cooperation and benefitg. maintain and cater to the needs/requirements of existing local/overseas customers/principals to the extent of actively pursuing customer focus and customer satisfaction at all timesh. other jobs/tasks that may be assigned by Jubail Operations Manager and/or Jubail Branch Manager/ occasionally from time to timeBest regardsMy full stylemustafa.Mob: +966 500602646Res: +9663 3636375
