Key Responsibilities:
Advisory & Consultancy Services:
Provide one-on-one business advisory services to SMEs and entrepreneurs in areas such as business planning, marketing, finance, and operations.
Assist clients in preparing feasibility studies, financial projections, and loan applications.
Capacity Building:
Design and conduct training programs, workshops, and seminars tailored to SME needs.
Develop customized capacity-building tools and modules.
Project Implementation & Monitoring:
Support the implementation of regional SME development projects and initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions, ensuring alignment with SMEDA’s strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with local chambers, trade bodies, financial institutions, and government departments to foster SME-friendly ecosystems.
Represent SMEDA at regional forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Data Collection & Reporting:
Conduct market research, surveys, and business diagnostics.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports for internal review.
Supports the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects. The role involves ensuring timely procurement, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and project requirements.
