• Develop policy and direct human resources activities, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance Appraisals, training, and staff induction
• Introduced performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
• Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
• Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule. Train managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly. Resolve grievances regarding employee appraisals; provide counseling to employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate.
