I have been working for Wafa Insurance Company, regional office in Khobar as Insurance officer since 2010 until now. I work for all lines of general, motors, medical and underwriting departments.
Task Description:
• Process of all requests related to new issue or addition, deletion, cards and CCHI starting from review of the request, communication with the insurer, registration in Benefit Net, send acknowledgment to client and follow-up with insurer, client or broker until finalization.
• Review of policy, endorsements and related documents to meet the agreed terms.
• Support/Intervene as appropriate to ensure an adequate level of client service is maintained and all the servicing issues are addressed.
• Offer clients an extensive network of Healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics & pharmacies) within the KSA.
• Opening new claims files.
• Prepare claims documentation and claim settlement documents.
• Communicate with clients through email and calls.
• Coordinate with other departments in the company.
• Constantly maintain open communication channels with Healthcare providers.
• Manage & resolve complaints against healthcare providers.
• Maintain effective long term relationships with clients and gain their trust and respect.
• Work as one team in support of Client Service.
