Sr. Architect - Acting to Technical manager
- Park & Ride Buildings Full Design and Supervision.
- Depot Building Architectural shop drawings and follow-up with the other disciplines.
- Prepare the BOQ for the current projects and the Projects which need to be priced.
- Collect all the information from the department manager.
- Specify the mission of each team member.
- Checking the performance of team members.
- Assuring the required quality of work to meet the expectation of the owner.
- Control the design process in the specified part of the team
- Coordinate with other teams in the same department to have the same level of
Design.
- Recognize each team member skills to better match with task requirements to
Achieve optimal output potential.
- Coordination meetings with FAST consortium and RAMPED consultant.
- Prepare presentations to the consultant (RAMPED) and client (ADA).
- Report to the management.

Project: King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) 3 Billion Saudi Riyals.
I Handled 3 buildings: Musalla , IT centre and IT utility.
-ITC 3000 m²: Information Technology Centre contains Data servers, UPS Equipment’s, Mechanical rooms and deluxe offices.
-ITU 2000 m²: Information Technology Utilities contains Main chillers, Main switch gear and generators.
-Musalla 2500 m²: Containing prayer area, Ablution and bathrooms and also courtyards.
I am In charge of all civil, Architectural, Electromechanical and Façade work in an area of 7500 m².
- Study all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.
- Raise technical query for any conflict information.
- Advise on construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines.
- Execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings.
- Follow up of progress planning and arranging all its requirements.
- Monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance.
- Review the technical submittal of materials and ensure its compliance with project.
- Follow up All RFIs and QC, QA requirements.
- Follow up the PMCC (snag list) to handover the building.
- Manage a team of more than 300 people from various contractors and company staff.

Projects: Private palace, Residential flats, Tourist villas, Motels, Petrol stations, Resort in Al Khobar beach, Celebration Hall,
Hotels 4 and 5 Stars and Residential towers
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications and Prepare BOQ.
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
- Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
- Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
- Playing a part in project and team management.
- Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
