- Preparation of annual budgets and their follow-up .
- Create identification of materials and equipment necessary for the maintenance department and request from the Procurement Service .
Identifying the needs of human resources to work in the department .-
-Participation in the selection of the staff section and identify the necessary training to them and make recommendations so needs.
-Work on the application of quality in force in the company's procedures.
-Work on documenting maintenance operations and the opening of a special file for each machine individually to determine its cost.
-Ensure occupational safety and health for all workers in hazardous work conditions-Participate in decisions relating to the maintenance department .
