Rules and responsibilities
o Part of the commissioning team of the newly established factory. Evaluate processes and outputs of the lines that it meets the desired specifications.
o Establish Quality control Lab. Outline required devices as per the intended inspection and testing plans, coordinate with purchase for sourcing of suppliers. Installation and running the tests.
o Food safety team leader. Organize and lead meetings and trainings for food safety team. Present and discuss progress of system implementation, require tasks related to food safety and quality from department heads.
o Initiate, develop, and implement quality standards, SOPs, PRPs, specifications, HACCP plans for the new factory.
o Organize and conduct training for the staff in order to raise their standards and awareness for food safety, operations in order to make a smooth transition from manual work to industrial and production lines.
o Build up a Quality Manuals and proper documentation.
o Successful pass of external FSSC22000 ver. 4.1 audit and certification with Bureau Varitas certification body.

Rules and responsibilities
o Implement rules and regulation for Quality Control Department activities to enhance effective performance of staff in order achieve high productivity among personnel.
o Conduct continual training on Quality procedures to all new hired personnel and to the regular QC staff in order to maintain standard level of competency in Quality control & Quality assurance operation and to build, upgrade of performance and productivity.
o Check and confirm the Quality status of all materials received in from RM / PM Store base on the lab. Analytical reports
o Coordinate with Operation Manager and GM Manufacturing and Eng & Project Manager on the analysis of data coming from the process performance inspection report during the commissioning of new Production line and to finalized the production line settings, finished product characteristics for the approval
o Update the ISO 22000/IFS procedures and make necessary revisions by extending the scope to include new products and or any new revision required to fit the actual process flow.
o Coordinate with Operation Manager and G.M Manager and G.M Manufacturing in upgrading Production policies & procedures in order to improve the proper application of the GMPs and pest control programs.
o Assist Purchasing Dept in sourcing new Suppliers for the appropriate ingredient required for the new product Development.
o Maintain the Suppliers list in terms of consistency of quality delivered.
o Update and upgrade Raw and Packaging materials standard specification to fit for the purpose of stipulated finished Products quality and to achieve convenient process and cost reductions
o Coordinate with Operation Manager and GM Manufacturing and Eng & Project Manager on the development of policies for trouble shooting during the regular production runs and to make root cause analysis to modify
