Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for developing annual business plan to cover all expenditures and generate more revenues to take the company to a higher level by accomplishing the target with the help of sales team. Assist in the development of the annual sales plan by considering realistic forecasts for each product based on historical achievements and market trends. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by developing a system of sale reports. Responsible of finalizing the commission and appraisal system of sales team according to the policies of company.
Personally observe the performance of sales representatives in the field on a regular basis in order to enable them in achieving their sales targets. Arranging training session for sales representatives to improve their technical knowledge of products to enhance sales. Responsible for Inventory control of raw material and finished goods. Responsible of collecting the outstanding with sales team in order to maintain healthy cash flow. Always sharing new business ideas with management to keep the company distanced with the competitors.
