1) Coordinating work flow and procedures between Human Resources, Payroll and Employee Benefits
2) Acting as a liaison between Human Resources and other departments such as Finance, Hospital Administration, and Regional Office.
3) Preparing the KPI and presenting it on a monthly basis.
4) Preparing the annual salary increases and bonuses, overtime, housing allowance, and performance evaluations of all employees.
5) Preparing employee data sheets. Maintaining employee files and document.
6) Responsible for preparing the employee action form and database action requests.
7) Providing information to the employees about policies and regulations.
8) Arranging for interviews for applicants and mandatory training for the staff.
9) Responsible for collecting of the transcript of records of newly hired employees and their employment records.
10) Performing other duties as assigned and serving as assistant to the whole Human Resources team.Job Title: Human Resources Specialist.
