• Establish and maintain account relationships, meet personal sales targets for each assigned account by calling and visiting existing / prospective customers to understand and identify their needs to create a long-term customer supplier relationship.
• Take responsibility for area sales performance and target achievement, actively tale part in all sales activities in the territory and region.
• Prepare territory development plan for market penetration.
• Work closely with segment managers / distribution managers for the development of sales channel.
• Assist the customers to overcome their construction challenges by using Master Builder Solutions products and systems.
