To begin with I am a Seasoned Training amp Business Development Strategist/professional with a pioneering 15 yearsrsquo experience and year-on year success in driving large scale revenue growth through effective sales establishing brands amp marketing of products amp services.

I am currently working as Telesales Manager in Contact Centre Company (Subsidiary to Saudi Telecom Company), Riyadh Saudi ndash Saudi Arabia. Main responsibilities that are in my job role are to Hire/ Train staff manage day to day implementation of procedures in correlation to achieving objectives as well as resource planning skills that I have implanted in my current employment to migrate business from primitive methods to a broader amp better approach which includes reporting of sales performance, costs amp customer service metrics to senior management.

Previously I have working as a Human Resources Business Partner in Al Futtaim, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Duties under my supervision amp cadre streamline to successfully handling Human Resources in chain of 60 stores, Strategizing and setting up appropriate plans for the business to enhance organizational performance.
