Job Responsibilities:
• Provide Accurate & timely financial reports.
• Monitor daily cash balances and make recommendations for the investment of surplus funds based upon related cash flow requirements
• Execute the operations and activities of the accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, cashiering, petty cash, purchase orders, utility billing and collection systems and others.
• Monitor liquidity position and forecast the group's requirements and manage surplus funds.
• .Liaise with internal auditors and other regulatory authorities on their routine inspection.
• Manage the preparation of the quarterly and annual accounts and present to top management
• Preparation of Annual Financial Budget for company.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting / Costing.
• Maintain Financial Control & reporting.
• Prepares Comprehensive annual financial report, consolidation of accounts, management accounts, variance analysis including coordination of annual company audit and submits to top management.

• Carry out monthly reconciliations of related party accounts and passing necessary adjustment entries.
