Job Responsibilities
A - Responsibility for the group recruitment plan (internal and external).
1- Follow up of all visas issued through INJAZ electronic and coordination with all recruitment offices in many countries ( Egypt - India - Pakistan - Syria - Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc.),
2- Travel for external interviews and selection the qualification candidates and the success in recruit more than 500 workers from these countries during the period from 2011 to 2017 .
3- Make job advertisements on all employment sites and social media.
4- â€Â¢ Chairman of the organizing committee of the recruitment forum at the American Chamber of Commerce in Cairo.
5- Success in organizing many specialized training programs related to the production section
and coordination, organization, supervision and reservation of the training halls and issuance
the training certificates for trainees.
B - Responsibility for the Group Insurance file.
1- Includes (medical insurance - car insurance - insurance of factories and machinery).
C - Responsibility for all programs and the government electronic websites.
1- Includes all Procedures of ( Ministry of labour - GOSI - Human Resources Development Fund - Ministry of Commerce and Investment - MOQEEM - Tamm for Cars - Health Insurance Council - Saudi Industrial property authority MODON - The general authority Meteorology and Environmental Protection ).
D - Responsibility for Legal Department.
1- All investigations with violators employees and Application of the Saudi Labor Law and the internal Company policy.
2- Review all contracts and company agreements with other parties and provide the advice.
E - Responsibility for Administrative Affairs Department.
1- Plan, develop and implement strategies of HR, including company policies and regulations and manage the organizational development.
