Managing the manufacturing process within defined safety and quality standards.
Adherence to Production plan.
Achievement of production budgets, with minimum wastage of raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials.
Implement & foster a continuous improvement environment.
Adherence to site and business protocols.
Consolidate the activities of all production supervisors in order to ensure smooth operation for production and responsible for any emergencies that occur at that Plant.
Assist the deviation manager in preparation of annual budget proposals, providing assessment and estimates of material, and manpower requirements for the production forecasted.
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products (Office Equipment’s & Systems) and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Persuading clients that a product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
Preparing reports for area Management.
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.

Periodic visit to customers (hotels and tourist villages - industrial companies ......).
Conduct the necessary tests of water in all locations on the basis of the type and use of water (Boilers - chillers - Swimming Pools).
Determine what type of chemicals to be added and the size and therefore the quantity to be stored at the client.
Follow-up stocks of chemicals used at the client to supply deficiencies.
Implementation of chemical washing process of the units if necessary.
