o Takes, closes and monitors inspection requests.
o Prepare weekly progress reports.
o Monitor material submittals related to architecture.
o Check the compliance of building plans with relative codes and standards.
o Submit reports related with architectural works to area manager.
o Build the project in 3D through Sketchup.
o Coordinate site concerns with the office.
o Verify compliance of actual work done on site with approved building plans.
o Assist other disciplines in interpreting building plans including the analysis and drafting of initial solutions for problems which occur in the project sites.
o Monitor activities in the site from time to time.
o Prepare walk through animations for the project (Exterior + Interior).
o Prepare and keep drawing register on approved shop drawings and IFC drawings.
o Assist the Senior Architect in the preparation and checking of drawings/building plans.
o Working closely with other professionals like surveyors, MEP Engineers, Architects.
o Producing complete shop drawings.
o Checking of finishing works, like plaster work on site, tiles work, block work,
windows & doors installation.
o Helping to co-ordinate technicians and craftspeople.
o Prepare daily & weekly site reports.
o Responsible for specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
o Monitoring of materials deliveries and on-site storage to ensure compliance with
Specified requirements.
o Snagging and preparation of punch lists of items for corrective action following
completion of construction in preparation for project handover.
o Reporting of non-conformances and site observations and general liaison with
the site architects/engineers in relation to the quality and progress of work
o Monitoring the contractor’s progress of work and reporting of daily site activities
to the site architects/engineers.
o Monitoring of compliance with specified procedures and general good practice in
relation to site safety.
o Inspection of construction works in progress to ensure compliance of materials
and workmanship with design drawings and specifications.
