• Supervised and performed practices of daily Environmental/Safety Inspection Rounds in the hospital.

• Participated in implementing operations of the hospital including logistics and supporting services, plus overseeing installations, inspections, repairs, trouble shooting and daily maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and facilities equipments.
Design and/or develop new products, including possible proprietary items, according to organization’s products development plan.
Research, create and builds prototypes to satisfy product design specification by working closely with IT.
Continually evaluates and searches for improvements to existing products according to changing customer needs, product complaints/dissatisfaction or internal production/servicing difficulties.
Review adaptation of existing products and assist in the planning, design, and development of test requirements and any special testing equipment/tools to establish product and/or customer specifications; direct and perform product reliability and performance requirements.
Create and assist in the development of medical documentation for new products or product changes – documentation may include freehand sketches, detailed drawings/schematics, draft bill product specifications, and production instructions of materials, medical change notices.
Running all reports that are required by CCHI or the Medical Chief Officer and perusing for updating or reviewing.
Position: Specialist , Medical Claims Reimbursement.
• Enter claims data into PAMS Operating system while interpreting coding and understanding medical terminology in relation to diagnoses and procedures.
• Adjudicates for allocation of deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance maximums and provider reimbursements.
• Follows the conditions of policies and procedures for each client to ensure proper payment of claims.
• Resolves problems resulting from claim adjudication and customer service phone calls and by meetings.
• Pull specialty claims from within the PAMS Operating System to either review or process.
• To adhere to all policies and procedures of PAMS, including its code of conduct / ethics, client service procedures, and handle any conflict of interest as per company policy.
• Run all reports of claims history of our clients for analytical and evaluation purposes and discuss it with the management.
• Comply with all regulations, rules and policies of SAMA & CCHI and adhere it to the company.
• Collaborate with other dept. Underwriting, Contracts, Networks, Client/broker relations, Approvals and Policy admin for necessary & needed tasks that assist in settlement of claims.
