Summary

Coordinate the work program of the maintenance teams and assistants in the workshop.
 Coordinate regular maintenance program for cars, equipment and vehicles.
 Record working hours and additional workshops.
 Schedule work and unload trucks and trailers on a daily basis to transport and manufacture
raw materials.
 Arrange the loading of equipment from sites (to other sites or to a maintenance workshop).
 Edit reports on a daily basis for maintenance workshop and material transfer reports from
crushers to sites.
 Follow-up orders for trailers Spare parts - Tipper trucks - Equipment - Vehicles.
Follow up and check the movement of purchases, sales and invoices.
Follow up renewal of residence - Passports - Driving license with the main management.
Monthly and annual sales reports for asphalt plants and crushers.
*Resolving Accident related with insurance Co .(Vehicles & Employees) editing applications
for workers injured on the website for social insurance & follow-up between social insurance
& hospital.
*Evaluating employees based on the performance in transition & graduating .
*Them & A link between the administration or branch of the employee & the departments or
other branches of the same entity or external parties.
* Ensure the implementation of the procedural & legal rules for employment & workers .
* Responsible for follow -up attendance departure & absence .
* Assist & participate in the analysis of all problems related to employment such as dropout
& job satisfaction & the structure of salaries & vacancies .
