- Follow up regular mechanical maintenance programs for mechanical department sections.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets to ensure that maintenance is carried out within agreed costs .
- Maintain comprehensive records of stocks and maintenance carried out.
- Maintenance and operation for Resort’s Utility stations including :
1-Boiler station (Steam& hot water boilers- Heat exchangers -Feed and reverse pumps .
2-Desalination plant(Reverse Osmosis) with total capacity of 1250 m3/day (Seawater pumps, raw water pumps and HPP pumps) .
3- Swimming pools plant (filtrations pumps, multimedia filters and plumbing works) .
4- Sewage plant equipments (filtrations pumps, sand filters and plumbing works) .
- Regular maintenance for AC units for guest rooms, DX units in public areas, walk in freezers and fridges .
- Perform required workshop drawing for (steel and stainless steel) workshops and follow t- Follow up annual maintenance of solar panels (storage hot water systems) to supply hot water for buildings using green energy.
- Contribute in infra-structure layouts (cold & hot water network- sewage network) update. - Follow up the monthly Budget for mechanical department and CAPEX.
- Perform required studies for special maintenance program.

- Responsible for site works, include installations of different types of cranes, electromechanical works.
- all site works including delivery , installation for mechanical components and electrical supply, start up .
- Maintenance of different types of hoists (verlinde , stahl and Cmak) , EOT cranes
- Revise technical data for the project, prepare schedule time for the project within the contract's duration. assuring full satisfaction of agent.
- Doing site survey , before proceed in the project, offer recommendations before installations that ease site's work, prepare report include evaluation for the site
- Aware of CMAA standard for both single and double girders , lifting process and load test criteria .
- Good experience through working in different sites and companies for installations or maintenance (Mall of Egypt , AL marsem - Limak ,Samsung .....)
