Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.


Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.

Maintain and close SAP general ledger monthly for various retail divisions.

Analyze and prepare journal entries and accruals.

Prepare monthly income statements and balance sheets.

Prepare monthly detail reconciliations and account analysis, including payroll, intercompany

Accounts, prepaid assets, accounts receivable, cash, accruals, etc.

Maintain and review documented procedures and ensure compliance.

Assist in the accumulation and preparation of the monthly reporting package containing

Information required for various audits and external filings.

Manages Accounts Payable. Includes, Customer Vendor Relations, and the AP disbursement.

Group which handles all check disbursements.

Responsible for Reviewing all A/P invoices and approval prior to payment.

Checking and analyzing company expenses.

Acts as a liaison between the company, government and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.

Perform daily functions including recording all cash, check and bank transfer transactions, monitor Cash advances and field expense reports, reconcile cash-on-hand and monthly bank reconciliation.

Prepare for the financial vouchers, collecting all of the needed information and supporting documents, and preparing any needed journals/worksheets.

Helping the finance manager in preparing the monthly budget, annually cash flow comparing to actual result.
