This project is under implementation for STC operator to migrate remaining subscribers from TDM exchanges, replace the current Legacy Non-IP based switching Data, ATM and transmission equipment with latest cutting edge technologies, decommissioning and removing legacy equipment. My roles is determining the project scope and helping to create the project plan. I also create the Work Breakdown Structure WBS), and ensuring that the project is running on schedule. I contact clients to gather requirements and feedback to ensure good working relationship. I organize the review meeting at the end of the phase to discuss lessons learned.
