Ladder Logic Development on RS-Logix 5000 (v19.01, v20.01) for AB PLC (1769-L24ER QB1B).
- Sequential Logic of auto Dosing, Pre-Bleaching, Post Bleaching and deodorization.
- Designing and tuning of 6 temperature, 4 pressure and 4 Speed (Motor RPM) bumpless controlled PID loops.
Worked on Factory talk view site edition for designing of SCADA graphics. Alarms, User Security, Trends, Data Logging as well as auto/man control of all Pumps, AV’s, and Agitators etc as like in DCS.
Supervision and calibration of field instruments including RTD’s, thermocouples, temperature, pressure (differential and absolute), and flow transmitters.
Also guided the client in commissioning of HP Boiler by Thermax which is used as a Hot Oil Furnace in Refinery.
