Internal TSY:
• Managing, editing and retrieving all related POS documents, to name but a few (IR, MIR, FAT, ITP, SDR, NCR, MOM, CSR) For Line 4, 5, and 6.
• Managing and registering inspection plan for inspectors for all locations, rooms and lines
• Updating POS plans and registries and creating weekly statistic summery.
• Uploading, sending, and transmitting Documents via Aconex among TSY Dept.
• Creating workflow and reviewing Documents
• Reporting directly to POS Project Manger
• Invoicing tracking for POS Equipment
External:
• Sending, transmitting and Creating workflow for ICE ( Independent Consultations Engineers)
• Tracking and updating deliverable SDR
