Whole Warehouse responsibility both Semi-Finished and Finished Goods
Receive courier form Clients, Companies and SGS Regional Offices.
Sorting inbound documents to Department/client wise.
Manual data entry in concern register and forwarding to concern persons/departments.
Receive documents from different departments for dispatching.
Recording every document into daily dispatching log in MS Excel.
Preparing export documents for equipment, chemical and oil shipment.
Coordinate with TCS and DHL for booking local and international couriers.
Maintain dispatching and tracking record in MS Excel to deal with shipment matters with courier service.
Receive courier form Clients/Employees/ People™ Head Office.-Management of official correspondence & maintenance of office files.-Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence-Maintains and controls filing system for Construction documents/ Requisitions/ Purchase orders/ Invoices/ etc.-Sorting inbound documents to client wise.-Manual data entry in concern register and forwarding to concern person/department. -Receive documents from different departments for dispatching.-Recording every document into daily dispatching log in Ms Excel-Maintain dispatching and TCS Tracking Record in Ms Excel-to deal with shipment matters with courier service.-Coordinate with TCS for booking heavy couriers.-Ensuring all documents are up to date as possible within electronic filing systems.-Work includes Faxing/ Photocopying/ Data Entry and Retrieval/ Recording and distributing mail and other documents
Maintain Export Documents/ Filing & prepare Invoices and Packing List.-Booking invoice and other Export related bills in Oracle Financial R12.-Prepare all Export letters and drafting to bank and companies
