•Managing Windows XP, Windows 7 And Windows 8
•Managing Symantec Endpoint Antivirus.
•Troubleshooting and fixing Dot-matrix Printers
•Provide Support in organizing, network, equipment and other hardware.
•Installation & maintenance of computer & communication equipment when it is required.
•Troubleshoot all End- user Software and hardware and provide proper recommendations
•Handling incoming customers’ requests and attends to it within a timeframe enabling users to start their work.
•Regular maintenance work should be carried out for the systems for better performance.
•Working knowledge of LAN & WAN Environments.
•Handle and troubleshooting Network issue with CISCO Routers.

➢ Perform regular security devices health check and OS upgrades.
➢ Performs routine security audit and compliance.

IPS, Web Filtering, & Deep SSH inspection.
