As production Head my duties and responsibilities are

 Installed plastic pipe Extruders and Injection moulding machines and started production
 To train and educate members to become competent skilled and abiding through right thinking way
 Preparing monthly Schedule based on production order.
 Monitoring and maintaining quality of products to avoid customer Complaint.
 Contribute technical inputs in enhancing Quality Control mechanism to meet international standards.
 Attending the breakdowns and problem solving towards Extruders, Injection moulding machines and related machines.

As the assistant production manager my duties and responsibilities were

 Monitoring production, keeping control over activities and analyzing process stabilization, ensuring smooth operation to achieve the production targets.
 Devising cost saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man-day’s production costs, raw material and energy consumption.
 Implementation and planning to motivate workers for achieving targets with quality.
 To prepare monthly schedule based on production order.
 To determine and investigate production trouble concerning running jobs devise means to eliminate them.
 To be responsible for correctives and accuracy on all documents and reports.
 To check the regularity at work of subordinates and evaluate properly.
 To implement strict compliance to rules and regulations with company’s prescribed policies.
 To keep confidential records/matters of the company.
 Implement measures of cost reduction.
 To write technical documents including instruction manuals, processes and procedures in production manufacturing.
 To verify the process data sheet from the raw material suppliers and to confirm the properties like melt flow index, density, flexural strength etc and to set the processing parameters.
