Estimation Responsibilities:
To receive and Handling Request for Quotations (RFQ’s).
To review the customer specification and prepare sales quotation as per the customer needs and
requirements (For Low Voltage Panel Boards and Cable Management Systems)
To perform several calculations such as Breaker Size, Bus bar, Cable size and voltage drop
selection that involve analysis,design based on instructions, drawings, proposals, and
specifications.
To prepare the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the preparation of commercial offers.
To prepare all the required technical submittals for the customers such as technical offers, data
schedules, Drawings for Panel Board and Cable managements systems.
Ensuring finished products matching with customer’s requirements.
To notify planning department with any customer’s requirements for product packing or marking.
To create Bill of Material (BOM) for the items those will be manufactured and cost calculation.
Technical support for sales departments.
To prepare technical data sheets, as build drawing for Low Voltage Panel board and Cable tray.
To review any new raw material or new suppliers and follow up with procurement department.
Ensuring up to date products and continuous improvement.
Production Responsibilities
To make delivery planning and make sure finished goods ready in warehouse before shipping date.
Coordinate with sales, procurement and supply chain departments for sales delivery, and
raw material availability.
Prepare the bill of materials according to the technicalspecifications and purchase order.
Prepare cost and weight calculation for raw material and also galvanizing cost.
Preparing daily and monthly production report as well as Maintenance report for Machinery.
Plan and organize the daily production activities for cable tray and panel board products.
Arranging material for galvanizing and follow up with the suppliers’ materialshould be ready in
time.
Continuously follow-up with production and make sure that production order for each operation
running as of schedule.
Make sure that production process is completed and FG is transferred in Warehouse before due
dateto facilitate post-production sales procedures and on time delivery.
Monitor all FG transferred to Warehouse on daily basis and reserve it for the required Sales order,
follow-up with Sales personnel for any delay/problem during production process.
Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Analyze data and drawings for production orders, identify issues and recommend suitably.
Monitor production processes and adjusting schedule.
To keep all items regularly up to date after any design modification or product development.
To Maintenance all of the electrical equipment and machinery in the factory and work to raise their
performance.
To perform Monthly, half yearly and yearly preventive maintenance of machines.
Roles Responsibilities:
Estimation and Design Responsibilities: (Low voltage Panel Boards)
To specify customer needs, material selection and prepare Cost & Technical Proposal using Expert
Judgment based on specification of the project, BOQ, customer requirements and single line
diagram.
To manage project cost by coordinating and follow up with planning and production departments
andfollow up with monitoring proposals and support sales department in negotiation and closing
deal.
To perform several calculations such as Breaker Size, Bus bar, Cable size and voltage drop
selection that involve analysis,design based on instructions, drawings, proposals, and
specifications.
To document the quotation process and draft design forthe next stages of the project.
Prepare the bill of materials according to the technicalspecifications and client approvals.
To prepare Shop Drawings for Panel Boards for Low voltage System, MDB & SMDB Control
Panels(include layout, power, and control circuits, wiring diagram, bus barsizing)by using
AUTOCAD.
Prepare the executive drawings forthe production lines and performing the necessary
modificationsduring the design phase.
Ensure that drawings and bill of materials are done on-time, including and covering all
