Logistics:
•Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency in receiving inbound shipments.
•Controls all petty cash of employees and warehouse.
•Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency in delivery or shipment of goods to customers.
•Follow-up transport companies for inbound and outbound shipments.
•Proceed with exchange of damage and expired goods based on approval from business unit and management.
•Proper shelfing of the inventory by assigning locations in the warehouse.
•Advance planning for the incoming shipments.
•Reconciliation of stocks on regular basis (Inward vs Outward shipments).
Duties & Responsibilities:
1)Logistics:
• Receiving customer order and display goods from DC and handovering to Sales Team and Customers.
• Responsible for Store Inventory.
• Taking strong follow ups with DC regarding the shipment.
• Arranging all goods in store within given time limit.
• Responsible for daily logistics operation activity.
• Ensure that all the co-workers are aware of safety rules and following it thoroughly such as safety shoes, gloves etc.
• Maintaining healthy data report including percentage of expired article, out of stock, stock available with quantity.
2)Recovery:
• Responsible for all the articles movement in store and ensuring them all the articles are properly entered into the Microsoft Navision.
• Working with Store Manager to reduce damages of articles in store.\
• Responsible for ASIS sales.
• Updating country office for any quality issues of the product.
• Ensuring all the articles placed in ASIS should be properly stickered.
• Responsible for the discount given on per articles in ASIS.
• Maintaining ASIS Sales report and updating Store manager about this.
Receiving Material Request from Project Dept. and make packing list according to it.
Making Delivery Notes for the goods.
Sending deliveries (Packing List) to the customer’s warehouse timely.
Informing project dept. and procurement dept. after delivery by e-mail.
Responsible for quarterly inventory of warehouse.
Receiving goods in warehouse by checking and counting pallets/cartoon which has been ordered by procurement dept.
Established the administrative work procedures for tracking staff’s daily tasks.
Sending all original delivery notes, packing list or ups Signed documents to the office in account dept.
Taking escalation calls of executives as a supervisor.
Manage the team by resolving executive issues.
In the absence of manager look after the floor activities.
Providing daily pre-briefing to the team about the new updates.
Providing daily post-briefing about the daily work of the team.
Nesting and mentoring the new executives with the old ones.
In the peak hours looking the command center desk to wrap up the calls within Service Level.
Attaining quarterly, monthly reviews with clients to show the data to be worked upon.
Auditing the calls of executives to improve quality parameters.
Resolving Customer problems & customer need assessments.
