 Maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards of Quality Management system.
 Maintain ISO 22000 standard of Food Safety Management system.
 To supervise, direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in repairs, fabrication, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment.
 Schedule repair, maintenance, installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
 To review job orders to determine work priorities.
 Ascertain minimum and maximum level for spare parts and consumable.
 To minimize the cost of repairs and review all maintenance contact, prepare report for operation manager.
 Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smoot operation of site.
 Inspect operation machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
 Provide technical expertise to team.
 Established contact with local workshops (for job not possible to be done at workshop).
 Interaction and communication with production, store, quality, sales and marketing, human resource and operation manager of the plant regarding plant problems and modification.
 Any other task as may be deemed necessary.
