Been reassigned to the BD function. This BD role is by far the full definition of what is expected from a business development manager. As part of the marketing team I was expected to draft the future of the company with support from management. With only one Employee. I had to eliminate the thinking box rather than just thinking out of it. Used several tools for planning, project management, time management and the ability to see and do with creativity.
Worked in several sectors as O&G, Petrochemical Services and Power. Been exposed to aggressive sales strategy and targets. Successfully managed team on location and virtual. Loved my work and happy of my achievements.
