·  Monitor and supervise supervisors/foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
·  Request and calculate required projects material in schedule for structural elements and finishing activities.
·  Preparing technical submittals for material approvals and preparing method of statement.
·  Preparing RFIs, MERSI and QAN and maintaining logs.
·  Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
·  Assist site manager in day-to-day activities including planning, monitoring & supervision activities
·  Attends site technical meetings and facilitating solutions to technical problem in a timely and professional manner.
·  Conduct surveillance/checking the site to assure that the Subcontractor implementing the project requirements & standards.
·  Responsible for raising inspection and tests in the area of civil works.
·  Carry out the work according to SBC code (304, 305 and 306) and ASTM and BS codes.
·  Attending and closing NCR raised by PMC and Client.
·  Review and check inspection test plan (ITP), project/construction specification, method of statement, and approved IFC drawings for civil works.
·  Checking the concrete required, taking clearance from MEP and checking the tools prior to ordering concrete.
·  Responsible for execution of all types of finishing works such as painting, ceiling, water proofing, floor finish including granite, marble, tiles, floor hardeners and waterproofing.
·  Work closely with back-office team to highlight deviations/issues on priority.
·  Obtain permits (excavation, work at height, hot work and confined space) prior to work at site.
·   Review the contractor’s HSE plan and ensures that the safety procedures are followed at site.
·  Coordinating to QC Engineer and QC Manager for raising inspection and tests in the area of civil works.
·  Initiate pro-active notification to subcontractor to prevent quality control discrepancies.
·  Preparing and calculation quantity take-off for civil, structural and architectural.
·  Preparing sub-contractor invoices.
·  Preparing and reviewing bar bending schedule as per project specification and standard.
·  Checking quality and quantity of work by subcontractors and checking invoices.

·         Planning the work as per the schedule of approved plan.
·         Manage site construction activities including rebar fabrication and installation according to the project specs.
·         Attending meeting with contractors and taking necessary action against the problems and solves it quickly.
·         Ensure that construction and erection is performed in accordance with the drawings & applicable codes.
·         Responsible for checking the installation of precast wall panels & slabs as per drawings.
·         Preparing estimates for quantity need material on site and monitoring the delivery of purchase material for Civil and Structural works.
