My expertise in developing and revising ME tools using Participatory Impact Pathway Approach demonstrates my commitment to ensuring robust and inclusive evaluation processes. My involvement in designing and conducting baseline, midline, end line, and impact evaluation surveys showcases proficiency in all stages of the evaluation cycle. Additionally, my ability to clean and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data highlights my analytical skills and attention to detail. As a IT person I have hands on experience on SPSS, Stata, Python for data analysis and research. My current role at Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) as a Technical Assistant, where I manage the documentation system at institutional levels, is crucial for ensuring the effective management of information and knowledge within the organization. My efforts in creating factsheets, developing training materials, and implementing an online reporting system contribute to enhancing transparency and accountability within PTA. My experience in conducting impact evaluations, developing log-frames, supervising field surveys, organizing reviews, and facilitating training sessions on various topics such as Gender-Based Violence (GBV), ME frameworks, Education, Livelihood, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) reflects My versatility and ability to adapt to diverse needs and contexts.
