During the period my core responsibilities were,
• Technically rigging up of Expandable Choke System (ECS) line and Sand Management System (SMS) line from Christmas Tree to Flare lines.
Furthermore, Installment and working on several equipment’s like
• Debris Catcher
• ECS manifold
• Desanding Cyclone
• Sand Filter
• Choke manifold
• 3-Phase Separator
• Surge Tank or Gauge
• Low Gas Metering Skid (LGMS)
• Sander Box
• ESD systems
• Data Headers with Transmitters.
• Oil manifold, Gas manifold, diverters and valves.
• Testing of all lines and equipment’s for max possible pressure for example TCA and TGB analysis etc.
• Testing of Oil & Gas samples for PH, BSW, Salinity, H2S .
• Daily plant preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance respectively.
• Preparation/analysis of safe operating procedure for different jobs such as safe shutdown, safe start-up, emergency condition and other routine maintenance job.
• Ensuring no operational equipment affecting HSE & production.
• Assisting other segments for their services.
• Troubleshooting of various equipment’s during operations.
During the period my core responsibilities were:
• To assist in smooth, safe and efficient running of plant.
• To oversee day to day operation of processing plant.
• To resolve maintenance issues by working with maintenance dept.
• Moreover analyzed working of HTO furnace, Esterification reactors, Polymerization reactors and EG recovery system through bubble cap distillation column
