Civil Engineers oversee construction and/or maintenance of facilities. The job requires being able to handle reports and maps, engineering blueprints and photography, topographical and geographical data, as well as updated software equipment. Engineers must adhere to government standards, regulations and policies.
The quality engineer develops and implements quality supervising procedures, with appropriate means of recording and evaluating quality, which is then reported to the management. If faults are detected in product quality, it can be the engineer’s responsibility to introduce corrective actions into the production process.
