• Evaluated the various Quality Documents such as Procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Method Statements and recommended any changes that are required to adhere the ARAMCO specifications and standards
• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
• Perform stage inspection of Piping (Metallic/Nonmetallic) ,Piping Component, Valves, material receiving , Installation, erection, final punch listing, hydro test, Mechanical Completion to Check / Witness / Monitor / Review / Inspect / Interpret / Evaluate /Accept / Approve / Reject the Construction activities For HVAC, Firefighting and drinking water Piping system as per drawings, such as but not limited to; P&ID, PFD, Isometric Drawings, Plot Plans, General Arrangement Drawings, Fabrication Drawings , Hydro test diagram, As Built Drawing, ARAMCO, SEC and international standard etc.
• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction (SI).
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.
• Preparation of Mechanical Completion packages for Piping/HVAC and Plumbing.
• Review drawing for firefighting and recommended comments for changes
• Preparation of material submittal piping hydro/leak test packages

• Review and recommended any changes for Project drawing such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Isometric Drawings, GA drawing in accordance to the SATIP,SAIC,SAES,SAMSS,SAEP and international standard as applicable.
• Generate client Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection0points.
• Conducted Material receiving inspection for ½” to 56”, CS and SS Piping and Piping Component (Fittings & Flanges) & Valves, For natural Gas in compliance with PO,MTO,MTA,IAP,SATIP,SAIC , applicable ARAMCO and international standard.
• Monitor and report compliance with P & IDs, Isometric drawings, codes, standards and procedures; all FIT Up ,fabrication, installation, erection processes of process piping/Pipeline
• To plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance.

• Review and recommended any changes for Project drawing such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Isometric Drawings, GA drawing in accordance to the SATIP,SAIC,SAES,SAMSS,SAEP and international standard as applicable.

• Conducted Material receiving inspection for Metering Skids, Piping and Piping Component & Valves, in compliance with PO,MTO,MTA,IAP,SATIP,SAIC , applicable ARAMCO,SABIC and international standard.
• Inspection during Fabrication of piping spools, Pipe support, Structural frame, platform, ladder etc. at shop & field.
• Inspection of Pre-weld joints set ups in process and post weld joints visuals as per WPS. Select joints for NDE
• Performed bolt tightening inspection of flange joint as per approved procedure and SAEP 351.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly weld rejection, repair report. Prepared SATR –W-2008
• Interpretation and evaluation of Nondestructive examination and testing [VT, RT, MT, LPT]
• RT films interpretation and reports review as per project specification and standard, submit assessment report to client
• Witness of visual and final dimension inspection as per procedure, ITP and approved GA drawing etc.…
• Witness of Weld repair activities as per client approved WPS.
• Punch List preparation before Hydro Test.

• Review the GA drawing ,Isometric Drawing ,P& ID and Shop drawing of HVAC and Piping system
• Prepare the Bill of Quantity and material take off of required system material
• Prepare the Markup/ Redline drawing as per project site modification requirement
• Modelling of piping system using CEASAR II software
• Coordinate with project design team for preparing As built drawing of the project
• Ensure that Ensure that Duct / Piping installation activities are being executed as per approved IFC drawing
• Prepare and initiate the purchase order to procure required material in piping system
• Documentation, Node and support marking, force and moment at nozzle in isometric
• Coordinate with site construction supervisors for enhance the progress of the site activities
• Coordinate with site QA/QC representative for the inspection of the complete activities
• Supervise HVAC material fabrication activities at work shop with proper preservation
• Coordinate with project planning Engineer to update the site progress and prepare the two week look ahead construction schedule as per project requirement
• Familiar with international standard for HVAC such as SMACNA, ASHRAE etc.

• Design and 2D drafting of AUTOCAD drawing for cutting Tools
• 3D Modelling and NC code generation on Unigraphics
• Involve internal Audit for ISO 9001-2000 system
• Prepare the daily and weekly progress report of the mechanical activities
• Study approved drawing and change the drawing if modification required as per job requirement
• Follow up with design , procurement and store department for suitable material and equipment
